Hydroformed Frame

 Underneath every Heavy Duty Dodge Ram model is a re-engineered frame that helps provide extra torsional rigidity and bending stiffness for enhanced ride and handling capability. Hydroforming is a manufacturing process that uses highly pressurized water, rather than heat, to mould the frame. The result is greater strength and impact absorption, fewer welds, stronger and stiffer structure, less weight and lower noise levels.
